SPENATSOPPA
3 ägg
400 g fryst spenatsoppa
Koka äggen 10 minuter medan du försöker tina upp spenatsoppan i en annan kastrull.
Lämna spenatkastrullen obevakade på full effekt och vrid ner värmen först när den bränt i botten och kokat över.
Skala äggen och kasta ner i soppan.
Avnjut genast så du bränner dig på både soppan och äggen
KANSKE INDISK KÖTTSÅS OCH POTATIS
2-3 portioner
400 g strimlat griskött
2 msk rybsolja
1 msk sojasås
1 msk sirap
1 msk sesamfrön
2 vitlöksklyftor
2 tsk curry
1 tsk salt
½ tsk malen ingefära
Hacka vitlöken, blanda ihop allt och låt stå i kylskåp över natten.
4-6 potatisar
200 g ananasbitar
2 dl kokos-lime matlagningsgrädde
Koka potatisen.
Bryn det marinerade köttet.
Tillsätt ananasbitarna och vrid ner värmen.
Häll på grädden och vrid av värmen helt.
Avnjut med kranvatten.
SAME IN ENGLISH
After having burnt frozen spinach soup last night, I decided to cook proper food today.
SPINACH SOUP
3 eggs
400 g frozen spinach soup
Boil eggs 10 minutes while you try to defrost spinach soup in another pot.
Leave the spinach pot unattended at full heat and turn down the heat when it has burned stuck to the bottom and boiled over.
Peal the eggs and throw into the soup.
Enjoy immediately, so you burn your mouth on both the soup and the eggs
(MAYBE) INDIAN SAUCE AND POTATOES
2-3 persons
400 g pork strips
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp syrup
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground ginger
Chop garlic, mix everything together and keep in refrigerator overnight.
4-6 potatoes
200 g pineapple pieces
2 dl coconut-lime cream
Boil the potatoes.
Fry the marinated meat.
Add pineapple pieces and turn down the heat.
Pour in the cream and turn off the heat completely.
Enjoy with tap water.
