7 dl kokande vatten
3 dl ris
1 tsk kalvfond
1 tsk salt
400g marinerade grisstrimlor
1 lök
1 msk rypsolja
1 vitlöksklyfta
400 g kokosmjölk
1 tsk salt
Koka vattnet i vattenkokare och häll över det i en kastrull
Tillsätt kalvfond, salt och ris
Låt småkoka 20 min
Hetta upp olja i stekpanna
Hacka lök och bryn i pannan
Häll i gristrimlorna
Finhacka vitlök och sätt i pannan
När köttet är brynt, tillsätt kokosmjölken
Låt småputtra en stund och tillsätt salt
Servera med tjocka gurkskivor eller annan sallad för annars blir kokosmjölken för tung.

1 onion
1 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove
400 g coconut milk
1 tsp salt
Boil water in a saucepan
Add meat bullion, salt and rice
Let simmer 20 min
Heat up oil in frying pan
Chop the onion and fry in the pan
Add the meat
Chop garlic and put it in the pan
When the meat is fryed, add the coconut milk
Let simmer a while and add the salt
Serve with cucumber or other salad, otherwise the coconut milk is too "heavy".
