2 dl vatten
2 dl grötris
1 l mjölk
1 tsk salt
1 msk socker
Koka upp vatten och risgryn på full effekt.
När det börjar se torrt ut, häll på hälften av mjölken.
Rör tills det börjar sjuda och häll då på andra hälften.
Rör tills det börjar sjuda och vrid då ner effekten till en tredjedel.
Låt sjuda under omrörning ca en timme.
Serveras med mjölk och till exempel socker och kanel eller jordgubbssylt
