6 dl kokande vatten
½ tsk salt
½ köttbuljongtärning
3 dl jasminris
2 msk rypsolja
2 små lökar
400 g pepparmarinerade hönsstrimlor
400 g Uncle Ben's Tikka Masala sås
1 dl vatten
Koka upp vattnet i vattenkokare och häll över i kastull. Tillsätt salt, buljongtärning och ris. Låt småputtra 15 min
Hacka lök. Värm rypsoljan i en stekpanna och bryn löken i pannan. Häll i hönsstrimlorna och stek tills de ser färdiga ut. Häll i Tikka Masala såsen och skölj ur burken med ca 1 dl vatten. Låt småputtra tills riset är färdigt.
Till matdryck kan man ta kranvatten eller mjölk. Om man tycker kryddningen är för mesig kan man sätta på lite sweet chili sås.

400 g Uncle Ben's Tikka Masala sauce

Chop the onions. Heat up the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions. Pour in the chicken and fry until they look ready. Pour in Tikka Masala sauce and rinse the jar with about 1 dl of water. Letsimmer until the rice is done.
To drink, you can have tap water or milk. If you think the seasoning is not strong enough, you can put on a little sweet chili sauce.
