2 l vatten
400 g makaroner
2 msk havssalt
200 g tonfisk i olja (o:et i 'tonfisk' ska enligt språkvetare uttalas som o:et i 'bok')
4 ägg
200 g ärt-majs-paprika
½-1 gurka
200 g gräddfil
1 tsk salt
1 tsk paprikapulver
2 tsk grovmalen svartpeppar
1 tsk chilipulver
1 tsk vitlökspulver
½ tsk malen vitpeppar
1 msk senap
Koka äggena 10 minuter
Låt äggen sedan stå i kallt vatten så de kyls
Koka upp 2 l vatten i en ordentligt stor kastrull och tillsätt salt samt makaroner
Låt koka 8 minuter
Häll av vattnet i pastasil och skölj med kallt vatten
Smaksätt gräddfilet med salt, paprikapulver, svartpeppar, chilipulver, vitlökspulver, vitpeppar
och senap
Blanda tonfisken (och oljan) med makaronerna
Skär gurkan i bitar och blanda i
Häll i ärt-majs-paprika
Skala äggena, skär i bitar och blanda i
Häll i gräddfilet och rör om
Kan ätas som förrätt eller huvudrätt, beroende på om man har något annat att äta.

Now that spring is here (although it snowed 5 cm tonight) it is nice with a fresh pasta sallad. This is enough for many people or many days, depending on how you look at it.

200 g pea-corn-bell pepper
½ -1 cucumber
200 g sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika (if the pronunciation of tonfisk in swedish is complicated, this is even worse. This is dried and ground bell pepper. See the wikipedia link)
2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp mustard
Boil the eggs 10 minutes
Put the eggs in cold water to cool
Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot and add salt and macaroni
Boil 8 minutes
Pour the macaroni in a strainer and rinse with cold water
Flavor the sour cream with salt, paprika, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, white pepper and mustard
Mix the tuna (and oil) with macaroni
Cut the cucumber in pieces and mix with the rest
Pour in the pea-corn-bell pepper
Peal the eggs, cut in pieces and mix with the rest
Pour in the sour cream and stir
Can be eaten as an appetizer or main course, depending on whether you have anything else to eat or not.
