Leverbiffar - Liver patties

200g potatis
1 lök
350g mald nötlever
3 tsk salt
vitpeppar
smör

Tvätta potatis och riv fint
Skala lök och riv grovt
Blanda potatis, lök, lever och kryddor i en bunke
Stek biffar i smör i stekpanna
Servera med riven morot och lingonsylt

1 onion
350g ground beef liver
3 teaspoons of salt
white pepper
butter

Wash the potatoes and grate finely
Peel the onion and grate coarsely
Mix potatoes, onion, liver and spices in a bowl
Fry patties in butter in a frying pan
Serve with finely grated carrot and lingonberry jam
